Residents interested in gardening can find a new group in the Village of Palmetto Bay that will fit their green thumbs like a glove -- and the group is growing fast.

Meetings are on the 4th Tuesday of each month, on the 2nd floor of the Edward & Arlene Feller Community Room at Ludovici Park, (co-located at the Palmetto Bay Branch Library, 17641 Old Cutler Rd.).

The next regularly scheduled meeting of the Palmetto Bay Garden Club is set for Jan. 22, 7-9 p.m., during which guest speaker Philip Iloo, master gardener, will discuss "Container Gardening & Hanging Gardens."
